Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter international ocean import tracking documentation from origin to destination.
• Ensure regulatory requirements, proper paperwork, and customs clearances are in place.
• Process, distribute, and discharge documentation to carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents on time.
• Prepare data entry and confirm key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs) per SOPs.
