Job summary

Adcom Worldwide is seeking a dedicated import/export coordinator in Charlotte to manage air and ocean shipments end-to-end, from creation through billing. You will prepare customs-compliant documents and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs, while maintaining accurate Excel records and invoices.

Strong communication and organization are essential to provide top-notch customer service. The role emphasizes hands-on logistics work, collaboration with customers, and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of air/ocean import/export experience with a freight forwarder preferred.
• Excellent communication, well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle Air and Ocean Import and Export shipments from creation to billing
• Prepare import documents per US Customs regulations
• Schedule deliveries based on customer needs
• Ability to create Excel spreadsheets
• Prepare invoices and send to customers
• Provide excellent customer service
