• Parts Sales & Admin Support: learn part numbers, verify POs, manage shipment tracking, maintain inventory logs.
• Vendor & Client Services: handle RFQs, quotations, PO issuance, invoicing, and vendor relations.

Position Details

Role: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Pay Rate: $55,000 - $75,000 / Year (based on education and qualification) + Annual Performance Bonus (up to $6,000)

Location: 301 Brushy Creek Road, STE 102, Cedar Park, TX 78613 (100% On-site / Monday – Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time (W2)

Experience: Entry-level to 1–3 years of professional experience in international trading, email-based logistics, order management, or office operations preferred

Key Responsibilities

Entry Level (Logistics & Operations Focus)

• Logistics & Trade Operations: Prepare domestic and international shipping documents (packing lists, commercial invoices), navigate Incoterms, select optimal shipping methods, and track TAT (turnaround time).
• Parts Sales & Administrative Support: Learn part numbers/specifications, verify Purchase Orders (POs), manage incoming/outgoing shipment tracking, and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Supply Chain Fundamentals: Acquire basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment/parts through self-driven study and OJT; manage RFQ/quotation workflows with vendors and tier-1 chip maker clients (e.g., TI, NXP).

Intermediate Level (1+ Years; Order, Vendor & Client Management)

• Transaction Execution: Independently handle RFQs, official quotations, PO issuance, invoicing, and QuickBooks system workflows following initial training.
• Lead Time & Margin Control: Cross-reference compatible/alternative part numbers, manage sales pricing and margins, and oversee lead times and backorders.
• Vendor & Client Services: Manage vendor relationsh
