Job summary

You will manage ISF filings, assist with tariff classification, and coordinate shipment clearance with customs authorities and carriers.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills to ensure compliance with import regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in U.S. customs brokerage or import entry processing.
• Knowledge of customs entry procedures, HTS classification, ISF filings, and import documentation.
• Experience with freight forwarding software such as CargoWise is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customs broker license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process U.S. customs entries accurately and efficiently.
• Review import documentation for compliance and completeness.
• Manage ISF filings and related regulatory requirements.
• Assist with tariff classification and duties/tax calculations.
• Coordinate shipment clearance with customs authorities and carriers.
• Ensure adherence to import regulations and internal policies.
