Job summary

Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, you will ensure accurate documentation, create customs entries, and verify duty values while collaborating with clients, carriers, and customs officials. This role requires strong organization, detail orientation, and knowledge of customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process complex shipments accurately and timely.
• Create customs entries from client records and docs.
• Data entry for release, rating and billing with complete fields.
• Set correct duty value based on invoice details and sale terms.
• Coordinate with team for missing documents to release.
• Verify release conditions, compliance and ratings.
• Escalate two-step release issues to the right team.
• Participate in day-to-day Release Operations.
• Leverage automation tools to support releases.
• Open new shipments in relevant systems.
• Prepare entry summaries as needed.
• Monitor status of Customs and PGA releases.
• Adhere to SOPs and client notes; suggest improvements.
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers and brokers.
• Perform other duties and follow management directions.
