Implementations Consultant

We are seeking an Implementations Consultant to ensure a great onboarding experience for our customers on the Vic.ai platform. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will develop our implementation services and serve as the main client contact to achieve successful Go-Live readiness.

What you'll do :

• Leverage ERP implementation knowledge to develop processes and templates for medium to large enterprise customers.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from deal closure to onboarding readiness.
• Oversee all go-live project aspects, including:

Project plan

• Resource plan
• Communication plan
• Ensure success of Vic.ai implementations

Establish lasting relationships with clients, collaborate with client personnel and internal teams, monitor activities, manage work plans, review deliverables, and ensure all prerequisites are met for successful rollouts. Work closely with cross-departmental teams to coordinate successful go-lives and build out implementation standards.

What you'll need :

• At least five years of professional experience, including three in software implementation, preferably in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience with requirements gathering, scope definition, and project assessment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical savvy; PMP certification is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this US-based role is $90,000-$130,000, depending on various factors including experience, location, and market conditions. Salary may be supplemented with bonuses, equity, and benefits.
