Senior Consultant - Pharmacovigilance/Safety Systems Implementation (Remote)

We seek senior system implementation experts to join our Professional Services team and lead Vault Safety implementations. We value innovative thinkers with deep domain expertise who are ready to challenge the status quo with new technology.

As a key member of our team, the Senior Consultant – Safety & PV SME will collaborate with customers and solution architects to implement Vault Safety, lead project delivery, define business processes, and guide clients through the implementation lifecycle.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role with no location restrictions, provided you are near an airport and able to meet travel requirements.

What You'll Do

• Lead life sciences customers in configuring and implementing Vault Safety
• Define strategies, business processes, and deployment programs for Vault Safety
• Provide SME expertise on Drug Safety and PV
• Manage project resources, teams, and timelines
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams
• Mentor junior team members
• Represent Safety Professional Services in various engagements
• Ensure customer success throughout the engagement
• Support presales activities with scope and estimate definitions

Requirements

• 8+ years in the life sciences industry, with focus on Drug Safety, PV, Healthcare, or related fields
• Experience with safety databases (ARISg, ARGUS) and GxP software solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to quickly understand and design solutions for customer needs
• Deep knowledge of PV processes and regulations
• Experience defining global safety business processes
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguous/start-up environments
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship expected

Nice to Have

• Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with safety databases like ARISg or ARGUS
• Experience in software demonstrations for pre-sales
• Reside near major life sciences hubs (NJ, Boston, SF, etc.)

Compensation

• Base salary: $80,000 - $200,000
• Salary depends on experience and location; may include bonuses or stock options
