Position: Implementations Consultant

We seek an Implementations Consultant to ensure a positive onboarding experience for our customers. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will develop our implementation services and serve as the main consultant to clients, guiding them to Go-Live readiness.

Key responsibilities :

• Leverage ERP implementation knowledge to develop processes and templates for enterprise clients.
• Manage the customer lifecycle from deal closure to onboarding.
• Oversee all go-live project aspects, including planning, resource management, communication, and execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful go-lives.

Requirements :

• Minimum five years of professional experience, including three in software implementation.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Technically savvy; PMP certification is a plus.

Salary range for US-based candidates: $90,000-$130,000, dependent on various factors. Compensation may include bonuses, equity, and benefits.
