Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking an Implementation Team Manager to lead a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers, delivering client implementations, accelerating time-to-value, and driving solution adoption.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support to improve outcomes, mentor staff, and advance AI-powered workflows for greater efficiency. This remote-flexible role emphasizes operational excellence and scalable processes across initiatives.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in software implementation or SaaS delivery roles.
2-4 years of people leadership or team management experience.
Experience managing complex SaaS, CSR, grantmaking, employee engagement, or enterprise software implementations.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience utilizing AI, automation, or productivity technologies to increase operational efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers, driving accountability and high performance.
Provide ongoing coaching and development focused on consulting, project management, and customer engagement.
Coach team on AI-powered tools to improve productivity and service delivery.
Ensure successful deployment of Blackbaud Corporate Impact solutions through consistent methodologies and best practices.
Drive timely project completion, customer readiness, adoption, and go-live outcomes.
Monitor project health, delivery metrics, and customer satisfaction; escalate when needed.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to adoption and account management.
Support strategic initiatives to improve implementation quality and time-to-value.
