Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist assists external clients in deploying software solutions. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to assess needs, developing configurations to support business processes, defining and executing implementation plans, and providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of the application. The role involves working on projects of limited complexity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consult with clients to determine software configuration needs.
2. Establish project implementation timelines with resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
3. Provide training and recommend best practices to clients for software use.
4. Collaborate with Professional Services and Sales teams to identify and mitigate risks to successful implementation.
5. Apply business knowledge to assess the viability of implementation practices.
6. Identify opportunities for improving implementation processes and client advocacy.
7. Assist with documenting functionality for users and administrators of Omnigo Software.
8. Support the sales team during the sales process as needed.
9. Respond to client requests promptly.

Job Requirements

1. PM Certification preferred.
2. Experience in Physical Safety and Security is preferred.
3. Prior experience in software implementation.
4. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
