Job Description
The Implementation Specialist 1 works with other members of the Operations Division, and the Sales team, to support new and existing clients with the setup and maintenance of their event technology solutions. This role requires aptitude in the areas of web design and project management as well as impeccable client-facing communication skills both in written materials and in-person. This work relies heavily on both internal and external coordination. This is an entry level role which reports to an assigned Technical Support Manager.
Company Based In New York. Remote Position.
Work schedule will be 9-5 Pacific Time.
Salary Range - 55,000 - 62,000 per year
- Managing the implementation of MeetMax software for multiple clients.
- Develop and maintain expert level understanding of our software and event technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain event specification documentation for new/existing clients.
- Implement new event configuration in the software per client specifications.
- Assist front-line technical support team members.
- Advise clients with software and technology solutions as new business problems/opportunities arise.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of software Knowledge Base to support user education.
- Assist the Sales team in the development of specifications for new projects.
- Maintain a current knowledge of trends in web design and development.
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients by leveraging strong communication skills.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing the implementation of MeetMax software for multiple clients.

Education And Experience
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a client-facing setting; software configuration experience a plus.
- Relevant college degrees are a plus but not necessary.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Functional understanding of internet infrastructure, strong familiarity with SAAS systems preferred.
- Strong background in HTML, CSS, and Javascript; understanding of programming and logic concepts a plus.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Ability to comprehend highly configurable software and apply technology solutions to business problems.
- Graphic/web design skills are a big plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. Experience with web-conferencing solutions like Zoom, Bluejeans, Webex, etc.
