JD Power is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to lead complex software implementations remotely in the United States. You will guide onboarding, configuration, training, adoption, and customer readiness across multiple projects, serving as the SME and mentor for the team.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Up to 90% travel for onsite implementations, customer meetings, or company events, as required.

The range represents what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting.
