Job summary

Skill is seeking a seasoned SaaS implementation specialist to guide real estate and CRM clients through onboarding, configuration, and integration projects. You will manage timelines, risks, and customer communications while tailoring workflows, permissions, and data structures to client needs, including Follow Up Boss and other CRM tools.

In this role, you will map workflows, train admins, coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support, and build playbooks to improve implementation quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in SaaS implementation, technical account management, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and how customers leverage them to operate their businesses.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple concurrent client projects.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, and data cleanup.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding projects from kickoff to training and communications.
• Configure and customize the CRM platform to align with client needs and workflows.
• Manage data migrations and integrations with third‑party tech stacks.
• Map system workflows and document integration points for ongoing management.
• Train admin users and power users on setup, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support for smooth handoffs.
