About The Job

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for researching customer requirements, developing documentation, implementing data integration and migration solutions, creating test strategies, and providing technical support during implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop product knowledge and configuration solutions for clients.
  2. Analyze client procurement processes and develop software configuration recommendations.
  3. Design and test data integration transformations and solutions.
  4. Translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  5. Support client product testing and provide technical support.
  6. Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical team members.
  7. Ensure project deadlines are met and communicate risks.
  8. Maintain project standards and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Monitor quality and escalate issues as needed.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Profile
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for solving business problems through process and IT solutions.
  • Experience working both independently and in teams.
  • Data design and analysis skills with RDBMS.
  • Exposure to web development tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
  • Understanding of data migration, system dependencies, and data integrity.
  • Experience with interfaces such as APIs, ETLs, XML, and transformation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business/system analyst.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server, Postgresql, and XML.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MapForce, Jaspersoft, DBeaver is a plus.
