The Implementation Specialist builds long-lasting partnerships with new customers, helping them onboard and grow with us. You will develop roll-out strategies, execute implementations, conduct training, and increase product adoption. This role involves independent work managing multiple onboarding accounts while collaborating closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure successful onboarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Transform new customers into RedTeam experts and evangelists through training, support, and relationship management.
• Establish strong relationships with clients based on clear expectations and mutual trust.
• Provide excellent service and support via diligent communication.
• Proactively advise clients on best practices and process improvements.
• Customize implementation and training plans to meet client needs, identifying gaps and offering solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Facilitate check-in calls and virtual meetings during implementation phases.
• Coordinate with the Configuration Team for database setup.
• Document and escalate client issues as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to develop best practices and connect clients with Customer Success and Marketing teams.
• Learn RedTeam’s products, services, and industry best practices.
• Transition clients smoothly to ongoing support after implementation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in software implementation, training, or support, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and metrics-driven thinking.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Technical proficiency and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance client advocacy with company goals.
• Adaptability to different personalities and attitudes.
• Construction terminology knowledge is a plus.
• Project management and training experience preferred.
• Ability to work under stress with high standards and a strong work ethic.
• Motivated self-starter and team player.
