Implementation Specialist
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding of new clients through organized, systems-driven project coordination. This individual will act as a central liaison between sales, clients, and internal technical teams to ensure integration projects are packaged, tracked, and delivered smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a steady work history, strong business acumen, and experience managing implementation or integration processes across multiple platforms.

This role is fully remote. Candidates located in Jacksonville, Florida are preferred. EST working hours are required.

Implementation Specialist Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client integration efforts, gathering requirements and preparing implementation documentation.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive, system-ready deliverables for technical execution and quality review.
• Manage, package, and distribute project details to internal teams, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Use Salesforce and similar tools to track project status, escalate issues, and maintain accurate records throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot technical barriers and maintain alignment between business goals and system functionality.
• Maintain internal knowledge repositories and contribute to team documentation to support ongoing improvements.
• Support onboarding workflows by preparing and distributing test files, system specifications, and approval documents.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve integration efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Implementation Specialist Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst, onboarding, implementation, or project management role—ideally with stability in recent roles.
• Proven ability to manage technical project documentation and coordinate across departments with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with multiple business systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in client-facing roles involving implementation or integration workflows.
• Industry experience in insurance is not required; candidates from large or small company environments are encouraged to apply.
