Role Overview:
The Implementation Specialist builds long-lasting partnerships with new customers, assisting with onboarding and growth. You will develop roll-out strategies, execute implementations, conduct training, and increase product adoption. This role involves independent work managing multiple onboarding accounts while collaborating closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure successful onboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform new customers into RedTeam experts through in-person and online training, support, roll-out planning, and relationship management.
- Establish strong client relationships based on clear expectations and mutual trust.
- Provide high-level service and support via diligent communication.
- Proactively advise clients on best practices and necessary process or workflow adjustments to meet implementation milestones and goals.
- Customize implementation and training plans to meet clients' specific needs, identifying and addressing process gaps with RedTeam solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Conduct check-in calls and virtual meetings during each implementation phase.
- Collaborate with the Configuration Team to ensure correct and efficient database setup.
- Assess, document, and escalate client issues throughout the implementation process.
- Work cross-departmentally to develop best practices and connect clients with Customer Success and Marketing teams to foster customer success and company growth.
- Learn about RedTeam’s products, services, and industry best practices.
- Transition clients to ongoing support resources after successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, training, support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong problem-solving skills with metrics-driven thinking.
- Experience or understanding of the construction industry is a plus.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal, listening, written, and interpretive skills.
- Proficiency in computer, technical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance client advocacy with company goals.
- Interpersonal skills adaptable to various personalities and attitudes.
- Familiarity with construction terms and practices is advantageous.
- Project management and training experience preferred.
