Implementation Specialist

Location: Aventura, Florida or Remote

Report to: Director of Implementation

Status: Full-Time

AbbaDox is seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of our radiology workflow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in healthcare IT implementations, project management, and technical oversight. You will manage all aspects of the implementation process, from project planning to client go-live, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Radiology Workflow Assessment: Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and clients to conduct comprehensive assessments of existing radiology workflows. Identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement while ensuring alignment with the contracted scope.

2.Application Configuration: Work with the Implementation Manager to execute the application configuration process. Tailor AbbaDox solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client, ensuring successful system customization.

3.Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to support the implementation team during system configuration, data migration, and resolution of technical issues that may arise throughout the implementation process.

4.Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical discussions with clients. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their technical concerns, and providing clear explanations of solutions.

5.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the successful deployment of AbbaDox solutions. Validate that the implemented systems meet clients' requirements and are fully functional.

6.Collaboration with Product and Development Teams: Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to share client feedback, technical requirements, and suggestions for product enhancements.

7.Collaboration with Implementation and Customer Relationship Managers: Collaborate with internal team responsible for project tracking and the client relationship, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals.

8.Professional Service Hours: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of professional service hours expended on a weekly basis. This information will be crucial for effective monthly client billing and financial reporting.

Requirements:

·3+ years of proven experience working in a Software as a Service organization in either a technical support or implementation role. Bachelor Degree in a related field is a plus.

·Proven experience (at least 2 years) in implementing and configuring healthcare IT solutions, with a focus on radiology workflow systems.

·Strong technical background with knowledge of medical imaging, RIS, PACS, and Patient Engagement systems.

·Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

·Familiarity with project management principles is preferred but not a primary focus of this role.
