Job description

A Global Medical Device company based in CA seeking an experienced Aprimo DAM Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of their new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with deep Aprimo expertise, strong taxonomy knowledge, and a proven ability to optimize digital asset workflows.

• Remote, PST, 3-6 month contract
• Rate: $55-60/hr range

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Aprimo DAM system, aligning execution with strategic business objectives.
• Design and implement a comprehensive taxonomy and metadata schema to ensure intuitive asset organization and retrieval.
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, and IT teams to gather requirements and configure the system to fit business needs.
• Train internal users and stakeholders to drive adoption and promote DAM best practices.
• Monitor and refine workflows to ensure efficiency, governance, and scalability.
• Provide post-launch support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Stay informed on Aprimo product updates to recommend enhancements and new feature adoption.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Library Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading Aprimo DAM implementations.
• Strong background in taxonomy development and metadata management.
• Solid understanding of DAM workflows and asset lifecycle management.
• Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
