JOB BRIEF

We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional service to join our growing implementation team. As the implementation specialist, you’ll be responsible for project onboarding/setup while providing clients with a friendly, positive, and knowledgeable experience. The goal is to ensure that all users of the company software and project onboarding portal have the information and tools they need, and the knowledge to use it.

What We Expect From You

  • Analyze client questions and concerns, escalate problems to appropriate teams/departments, and handle problems to the satisfaction of the client
  • Provide client support services by answering calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the team with the collection of the required client information needed for each project set-up
  • Coordinate the delivery of check printing supplies to production
  • Input new projects in the payroll system and handle work location requests
  • Complete basic/default software project setups and modifications as required by the client
  • Maintain Payroll Forms document repository and update forms as required
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana) to track the client’s journey
  • Transfer/escalate issues to other team members as required
  • Assist with answering basic software questions to assist users with navigating the software
Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Customer Service: 2+ years
  • Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years
  • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
  • The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing tasks accurately
  • Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting
  • A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task
  • Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service
  • Excitement to learn the GreenSlate platforms
  • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software
  • Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Extremely focused, highly organized and detail-oriented

SALARY RANGE: $47,000-$60,000
