Job Description

The Implementation Specialist 1 works with the Operations Division and the Sales team to support clients with their event technology solutions, focusing on setup and maintenance. This entry-level role requires skills in web design, project management, and excellent client communication, both written and verbal. The role involves significant coordination and reports to a Technical Support Manager.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

Responsibilities include:

• Managing implementation of MeetMax software for multiple clients.
• Developing expertise in our software and event technology solutions.
• Creating and maintaining event specifications for clients.
• Configuring events in software according to client needs.
• Supporting front-line technical support team members.
• Advising clients on software and technology solutions.
• Maintaining the software Knowledge Base for user support.
• Assisting the Sales team with project specifications.
• Staying updated on web design and development trends.
• Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of client-facing experience; software configuration experience is a plus.
• Relevant college degrees are preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Understanding of internet infrastructure and SaaS systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; programming knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Graphic/web design skills are advantageous.
• Experience with web conferencing tools like Zoom, Webex, etc.
