Payroll Implementation Specialist - Remote

Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states:

Responsibilities
  • Follow corporate policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensure successful implementation for clients, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct group presentations, training sessions, and provide software instruction.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, video, and email to provide information and resolve issues.
  • Gather client information and investigate errors in CRM systems.
  • Relay client concerns and prepare responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify root causes, trends, and work towards increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across departments to support clients and promote company values.
  • Provide administrative support and deliver results timely.
  • Ensure client adoption of products and procedures, and provide project updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruitment, and performance management laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll software (preferably Asure), and recruiting systems.
  • Strong project organization, presentation skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, business analysis, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and teach adult learners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and travel occasionally.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $59,000 - $74,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include:
