We are seeking a bright and passionate Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in our company's growth. This role involves managing the entire customer implementation process, from onboarding and system configuration to leading the project through the Go-Live phase. The Implementation Specialist will collaborate with internal and external teams, engage with customers, and utilize technical and project management skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, timelines are met, and project goals are achieved
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and user guides
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into product configurations
• Train customers on software usage, best practices, and workflow optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact during implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success
