Gotransverse provides a SaaS billing and revenue management platform for complex subscription and hybrid pricing. We’re seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own delivery from discovery through go-live, coordinating Solution Architects, Engineering, Product Management and partners.

You’ll manage multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget while advocating for customers. You will work with customer teams to translate business models into clear requirements, drive end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Learn each customer’s business model and translate it into requirements.
• Own delivery across discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Partner with the customer’s project manager to align plans and timelines across teams.
• Manage project plans, milestones, resources, and deliverables across concurrent projects.
• Manage project financials including hours, resource utilization, forecast to complete and burn-down reporting.
• Control scope through SOWs and change requests; escalate commercial decisions when needed.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and provide options and recommendations.
• Lead joint status meetings and report to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables and sign-offs are completed and documented.
• Advocate for customers with Product and Engineering on enhancements.

About the role

Gotransverse provides a SaaS billing and revenue management platform for companies with complex subscription, usage‑based and hybrid pricing. Our customers use it to automate rating, invoicing and revenue processes, and to connect billing with their CRM, ERP and general ledger systems.

As Implementation Project Manager, you’ll own Gotransverse’s delivery of customer implementations from discovery through go‑live. You’ll work alongside each customer’s project manager and coordinate our Solution Architects, Engineering, Product Management and integration partners. You’ll manage several projects at once and deliver each on scope, schedule and budget. You’ll also act as the customer’s advocate inside Gotransverse.

What you’ll do

• Learn each customer’s business model and translate it into business and technical requirements.
• Own Gotransverse’s delivery across discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, go‑live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Partner with the customer’s project manager to align plans, dependencies, timelines and decisions across both teams.
• Manage project plans, resources, milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project financials, including hours against the SOW balance, resource utilization, forecast to complete and burn‑down reporting.
• Control scope through SOWs, change requests and acceptance criteria, and elevate commercial decisions when needed.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues early, and elevate with clear options and recommendations.
• Lead joint status meetings and report clearly to customer and internal stakeholders.
• Make sure milestones, deliverables and customer sign‑offs are completed and documented.
• Advocate for customers with Product and Engineering on enhancements and customer‑specific services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing customer‑facing software implementations, including 2+ years with SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including schedules, resources, budgets and SOWs.
• Hands‑on experience with scope management and change requests.
• Ability to understand customer business processes and turn them into clear requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and resolve conflicts.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and reporting.
• High initiative, a fast learner, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing billing, revenue management, ERP or other financial systems.
• Familiarity with order‑to‑cash, usage‑based billing or revenue recognition.
• Experience with SaaS integrations (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle) or data migrations.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams and systems integrator partners.
• PMP, Agile or a similar certification.

Work Location & Residency Requirement

This is a hybrid position requiring in‑office presence three days per week at our Austin office. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of our Austin, TX headquarters or be willing to relocate at their own expense prior to their start date. Fully remote arrangements outside this area are not available for this role.
