About the role:
We're looking for an Implementation Project Director to lead and oversee the execution of complex client projects. The Implementation Project Director will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project initiation through completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. This role requires leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, Implementation.
This position is fully remote.

Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and benefits plans, including flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
