The Project Director, Client Services will serve as the Service Delivery point of contact on project work. The project lead will:
The successful candidate must have a project leadership and professional background in the electronic discovery industry. Above all, the project lead has a strong track record of service delivery and service orientation.
Client Focus – Engages with clients, both internal and external, and their needs as a primary focus; builds collaborative relationships; seeks to understand client situations, issues, and expectations; takes appropriate action to meet client needs; monitors and evaluates client feedback; meets client needs without jeopardizing business outcomes.
Judgment and Critical Thinking – Identifies and understands problems through analysis; chooses effective courses of action considering broad business impacts.
Consultative Approach – Shares expertise to support decision-making; influences stakeholders; acts as a trusted advisor by providing accurate insights.
Project Management – Serves as a leader and knowledge source on technology and processes; ensures successful project management.
A deep understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support industry, typically 5-7 years in relevant roles.
Proven leadership and staff development skills.
Success in managing multiple projects; strong communication skills; excellent client relationship skills.
Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review.
Ability to control all aspects of projects from planning to final production; oversee multiple teams; review financials and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or similar advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 7 years in consulting, litigation support, or legal roles in law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery providers.
Inspirational, polished, results-oriented, approachable, strategic, collaborative, concise, and flexible.
The salary range is $150,000 to $175,000 annually, potentially with an annual bonus. Salary is based on location, abilities, performance, and team parity. Further details provided during screening.
