Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a dedicated implementation lead in the United States to own the Jira-based delivery schedule, scope, and timeline for client deployments. You will coordinate across engineering, solution architecture, FDEs, QA, and analysts to ensure on-time delivery.

You will apply agile practices to manage 2–3 concurrent implementations, lead daily standups to surface blockers and risks, and build a robust system for tracking dependencies, risks, and assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Jira-based delivery schedule, scope, technical build details and timeline for each client implementation.
• Use agile methodology to deliver on 2–3 concurrent implementations; coordinate day-to-day activities across engineers, solution architects, FDEs, QA, and analysts.
• Run daily standups to surface blockers, dependencies, and timeline risks; define and manage a system for tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
