Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate basic software implementation project plans.
• Present and train software to Member/Customers end users.
• Share best practices with customers for software process efficiency.
• Validate converted data accuracy and drive customer engagement in verification.
• Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems.
• Configure software according to project requirements.
• Provide after-hours call support as needed.
• Leverage generative AI tools to boost productivity and problem-solving.
