Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking an on-site Field Engineer I in Tulsa, OK, to support installations, upgrades, and post-installation service. You will troubleshoot, document processes, and manage projects with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a 2+ year technical background, knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, and networking, plus strong communication skills and the ability to obtain gaming licenses. Travel is up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization, and networking concepts.
• Experience with database administration and enterprise networking technologies.
• Familiarity with clustered servers, containers (Kubernetes), and SAN environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
• Experience in casino or gaming environments is helpful but not required.
• Must be eligible to acquire relevant gaming licenses, including Tribal Gaming Licenses.
