Job summary

Aristocrat in Las Vegas is seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to deliver world-class service to casino customers. You will install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 software, configure access rights, and ensure accurate operation of hardware and reports.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will train customers on Oasis 360 modules, coordinate post-install reviews with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D, and help drive customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.

What We’re Looking For

• An Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise preferred.
• Working knowledge of casino marketing principles, including customer engagement and service promotions, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and management tiers.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat’s customer jurisdictions.
