Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Implementation Operations Specialist to deliver world-class service to casino customers. You will install, support, and configure Oasis 360 software on-site and remotely, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

The role combines hands-on software installation, training, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Must be able to travel, communicate effectively, and uphold security and confidentiality while representing Aristocrat's standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in CIS or related field.
• Experience in training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.
• Collaborate with customer representatives to plan system access rights and configurations.

• Validate the accurate operation of equipment, system capabilities, and reports.
• Deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 modules and partner products.
• Schedule post-installation meetings with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D to report issues.
• Monitor service activities and escalate issues to ensure customer happiness.
• Build customer advocacy by setting the industry standard.

What You’ll Do

• Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.

What We're Looking For

• An Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.
• Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise preferred.
• Working knowledge of casino marketing principles, including customer engagement and service promotions, preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and the capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and management tiers.
• Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat's customer jurisdictions.
