Job summary

Symplicity is seeking a Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for universities from kickoff to go-live. You will combine project management, client consulting, training, and solution delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will run multi-language client workshops in Spanish, English, and Portuguese and map Symplicity solutions to client business requirements, while building trusted advisor relationships and pursuing upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding or client success with a SaaS product.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Knowledge of how higher education operates in Latin America, EdTech experience preferred.
