Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Experience with technical implementations, preferably Microsoft or SaaS.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with ability to impact quickly and take ownership.
• Ability to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple implementations and client communications.
• Host and co-host client webinars and provide group training.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot during implementation.
• Lead bespoke implementations for larger clients with project planning.
• Create documentation and training materials for internal and client use.
• Drive onboarding improvements and improve overall client experience.
