Job summary

inforcer is a fast-growing technology company delivering cybersecurity and AI solutions to MSPs. We seek a Junior Implementation Manager to support onboarding of new partners, organise webinars and classroom training, and maintain essential documentation.

You will manage project timelines, communicate with clients, and develop tech implementation skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will create training content, support LMS maintenance, and update documentation while expanding

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Implementation Manager or project management would be advantageous.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Previous experience in general administration is essential.
• High levels of organisation. Able to organise and plan busy implementation schedules.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience contributing to video and educational content would be valuable.
• Strong ability to maintain technical documentation and process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability.
• Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Technical expertise—particularly within the Microsoft stack—is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Webinars: Plan, book and co-host client facing webinars to increase knowledge of the inforcer platform.
• Classroom sessions: Organise, plan and support client training sessions and assist delivery.
• Implementation: Support the delivery of multiple sessions, managing the project and client communications.
• Documentation: Proactively updating and creating documentation, video content for training and customers.
• LMS: Maintain the customer facing LMS, keep content current and accessible for partners.
• Technical expertise: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during implementation; expand Microsoft knowledge.
• Client engagement: Work with clients to understand needs and ensure requirements are met.
• Client satisfaction: Ensure satisfaction throughout the implementation process and after.
• Process improvement: Help drive onboarding improvements and overall client experience.
