Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a tenacious and proactive Implementations Manager with Corporate Actions to join our North America team. You will work with clients to implement our SaaS Corporate Actions platform and lead testing, training, data integration, and migration activities.

The role requires experience in asset servicing, driving onboarding, and collaborating with multiple teams. You will manage a project team, governance, and production readiness, and engage with clients on go-live weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs experience as a conversions/implementation consultant or manager in SaaS projects.
• 2 yrs project management experience.
• 1 yrs team leading experience, managing up to 5 resources.
• Demonstrable critical thinking and proactively driving successful conclusions.
• Ability to define control processes and report cleanly to senior management & clients.
• Client facing, and able to defend BR’s position.
• Experience of large-scale projects and full lifecycle governance.
• Experience in an agile environment with JIRA.
• Excellent attention to detail to enable accurate reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to understand and challenge the detail.
• Data analysis including use of SQL & Excel.

Responsibilities

• User Testing Management & Reporting – defining the testing strategy to support the project’s requirements and working with clients to plan, track, report and expedite testing.
• Training – plan and manage internal and client training with material preparation and demonstrations.
• Change Control – raising CRs and analysis for governance.
• Risk Identification and Management – identifying risks and providing mitigation.
• Data Integration / Configuration Definition – define data integration mapping and configuration.
• Migration/Conversion – define conversion strategy and runbook, manage mocks and go-live.
• Planning & Execution - participate in planning, governance & delivery, including mock conversions & go-live weekends.
• Implementation Governance – ensure plan resources and reporting, escalation & governance.
• Production Compare Management & Reporting - reconcile legacy output to BR’s solution; drive improvements.
• Team Management – manage implementation resources on projects.
• Environment Management– define runbooks, integration points, monitoring & release control.
• Production Readiness – ensure on-time, robust and secure implementations.
