Job summary

Fleetio is hiring an Implementation Manager to own Auto Integrate customer implementations end-to-end; from kickoff through configuration, testing, launch, and transition into steady-state support. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that blends structured project management with technical implementation.

You’ll own and execute a high-volume portfolio of implementations, including configuration, setup, testing, troubleshooting, and launch.

Description We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to own Auto Integrate customer implementations end-to-end; from kickoff through configuration, testing, launch, and transition into steady-state support.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that blends structured project management with technical implementation. You’ll own and execute a high-volume portfolio of implementations, including configuration, setup, testing, troubleshooting, and launch. You’ll also help build the implementation function itself, bringing structure, documentation, and repeatable processes to an area that is highly reactive today.

You’re a pragmatic operator who enjoys getting complex implementations across the finish line. You’re comfortable running structured projects, but you
