Alertus is hiring an Implementations Manager to lead product implementations and drive customer satisfaction across government, commercial, education, and healthcare markets. You will serve as the technical expert, manage day-to-day implementation activities, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executives to ensure successful outcomes and growth.

The role requires travel, a IT-based degree (or equivalent), and relevant deployment experience, with certifications like A+, Network+, PMP

Qualifications

• Travel to customer sites 20–30% of the time.
• Fundamentals of servers, software, networking, and data center tech.
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting hardware is a plus.
• Proven deployment experience and ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical partner for customers across government, commercial, education, and healthcare markets.
• Act as day-to-day lead for customer implementations.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to achieve customer goals.
• Document configuration, best practices, use cases, and value propositions.
