Job summary

ConcertAI is seeking a Senior Lead Project Manager, Implementations to own the onboarding and deployment of Data Aggregation and Analytics solutions. You will serve as the primary customer-facing leader for the implementation lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and internal resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
10+ years of experience managing enterprise software, healthcare technology, data integration, or analytics implementations.
Ideal candidate has 5 years in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation of ConcertAI's Data Aggregation and Analytics solutions.
Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Compliance, QA, and Customer Success teams.
Monitor implementation health and address risks, issues, and roadblocks.
Maintain implementation governance standards and project management best practices.
Lead go-live readiness reviews and deployment planning activities.
