Job summary

Allied Solutions, a leading provider in risk and customer management, seeks an Implementation Manager to oversee delivery of multiple projects. You will align cross-functional teams with business objectives, manage scope and timelines, and ensure clear stakeholder communications for successful outcomes.

Requires 5–7 years of project management experience, CAPM within 6 months of hire, and strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in PM, IT, Business, or related field.
• CAPM certification within 6 months of hire.
• 5-7 years of work-related experience in project management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead kickoff meetings and define roles and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and track issues.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement.
