Job summary

Venus Aerospace is seeking an Implementation Lead to bridge customer contracts and delivery, acting as the primary contact for post-contract needs and guiding internal teams through execution. The role focuses on translating customer vision into a sustainable program of record.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in implementing plans or operational programs, strong communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience implementing plans, deliverables, or operational programs.
• Proven ability to drive cross functional execution and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
• Experience in executive-level settings to include tours, briefs, and sales to delivery cycles of established programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of implementation plans and deliverables after contract award.
• Act as central liaison for customer delivery expectations and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through execution phases with manufacturing or engineering leaders.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and resolve challenges.
• Ensure activities align with customer goals and long-term success metrics.
• Design and implement scalable processes (e.g., CS program design with BD).
• Coordinate facility tours for prospective customers with Communications.
