Job summary

Venus Aerospace is seeking a Business Performance Lead to support enterprise initiatives through process capture, design and implementation, and change management. You will coordinate between initiatives requiring program management and deliver performance-driven recommendations.

Role involves developing KPIs, driving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Remote or HQ-based in Houston, with ITAR compliance considerations and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or business performance role.
Demonstrated experience in complex process design and requirements management, analysis, and executive presentations.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

Leads analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to recommend efficiency improvements.
Supports data model considerations during system and workflow design.
Designs future-state processes with input from stakeholders for measurable ROI.
Implements KPIs for process improvements (throughput, capacity planning, resource management).
Implements process improvements and standards across enterprise initiatives.
Collects and manages requirements for enterprise system implementations; liaises between departments.
