Job summary

Venus Aerospace is seeking a Business Performance Lead to drive cross‑functional business performance initiatives. You will analyze processes, design future-state workflows, and define KPIs with ROI focus.

The role supports system implementation requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, and coordinates between initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance. Remote or HQ work options are available, with strong growth in aerospace propulsion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a business analyst or business performance role.
Demonstrated experience in complex process design and requirements management, analysis, and executive presentations.
Preferred background in manufacturing or aerospace and defense.
Experience using analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel.

Responsibilities

Leads analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to build recommendations for efficiency improvements.
Supports data model considerations during system and workflow design.
Designs future-state processes with input from stakeholders and ROI focus.
Supports KPI design and rollout for process improvements (throughput, capacity planning, resource management).
Implements process improvements and standards across enterprise initiatives.
Gathers and manages requirements for enterprise system implementations; liaises between departments.
