Wipro Givon USA is seeking a Program Manager to lead aerospace programs from contract award through delivery, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Planning and Finance to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has strong organization, data-driven focus, and the ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on communication, accountability and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven program management experience in aerospace or related field.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace programs from contract award through delivery.
• Serve as primary customer contact for schedule, delivery, and performance.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align priorities and risks.
• Monitor execution against contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track key metrics and communicate risks and recovery plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, support forecasting and leadership visibility.
• Review purchase orders, contracts and change requests.
• Drive accountability and follow-up across teams.
• Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
