Venus Aerospace is seeking an Implementation Lead in Houston, TX to act as the operational bridge from contract award to delivery, coordinating across manufacturing, engineering, and business development to meet customer commitments.

The Implementation Lead serves as the operational bridge implementing core customer and operational programs with inter-department handoffs. Ensures seamless transition from contract award to delivery, maintaining momentum and clarity throughout implementation. Serve as primary point of contact for all post-contract customer delivery needs. Translates customer vision and sales cycle commitments into a sustainable, well‑managed program of record. For non-customer programs, develops plans and implements programs aligned to defined operational needs.

This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls.
