Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
• Proven track record managing a portfolio and hitting revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
• Strong analytical skills with data to tell a story and influence decisions.
• Ability to balance hunter and farmer mindsets to identify new revenue streams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and growth strategy for a book of business, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships through regular business reviews and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Product to resolve issues and drive partner success.
• Lead renegotiations and structure terms to deliver mutual economic benefit while preserving service levels.
