Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking an Implementation Lead to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of merchants, driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term value across offerings.

You will own growth strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high partner satisfaction to expand product adoption. You will manage end-to-end relationships, identify risks, and renegotiate terms to benefit both partners and Uber, while maintaining CRM discipline and delivering actionable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts and hitting revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to tell a story and influence decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to balance hunter and farmer mindsets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and growth strategy for a book of business.
• Drive onboarding of new products and programs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Close new sales opportunities through product adoption, location expansion, and upselling.
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and track merchant health indicators.
• Lead renegotiations and structure creative deal terms for mutual benefit.
