In this role, you will lead end-to-end client onboarding, manage detailed project timelines, coordinate across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams, and own data migration workflows using

Qualifications

• Prior experience in software implementations, client onboarding, or similar project management roles.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can make the complex feel simple.
• Comfort working with data in Excel and an eagerness to leverage AI tools in your day-to-day work.
• Passion for customer experience and helping your clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, building and managing detailed project timelines to ensure a smooth implementation journey.
• Deliver clear, proactive, and client-friendly communication at every stage, coordinating across Technical Solutions, GIS, and Development teams.
• Own and execute data migration workflows—cleansing, validating, transforming, and importing client data using Excel and AI-powered tools to drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct product training and presentations for transportation directors and other stakeholders, including travel to client sites.
• Become a trusted industry and product expert who guides clients through change management and explores AI tools to streamline processes.
