Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will lead end-to-end implementation, training, and consulting engagements with General Contractors and Trade Contractors across North America, aligning workflows with Forma capabilities.

You will partner with customers to assess workflows, configure technology, deliver training, and support adoption. Travel up to 50% and collaboration with product and sales teams to feedback and align with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry with direct GC/Trade Contractor exposure.
• Deep understanding of the full building lifecycle (planning to operations).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Help customers align digital workflows to business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures based on requirements.
• Deliver role-based training for all project stakeholders, including design teams and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Partner with sales and account teams on implementation planning and customer success strategies.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities, roadmap developments, and industry best practices.
