You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into practical software solutions.
The position combines business analysis, software configuration, project delivery, testing, training, and client relationship management.
You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert throughout implementation, guiding stakeholders from current-state processes to future-state workflows.

Success requires strong organization, independent judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
This is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing technology environment while developing deep product and industry expertise.

Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring solutions are configured, tested, documented, and delivered according to client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct client discovery and business requirements sessions to understand objectives, priorities, processes, constraints, and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and translate them into effective future-state workflows within the software platform.
  • Identify configuration requirements, process gaps, enhancement opportunities, and practical solutions that align with client needs.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for assigned implementations and build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Configure and customize software solutions, demonstrate functionality, answer implementation questions, and guide clients through product capabilities.
  • Use a Train-the-Trainer approach to help client-side users develop the knowledge and expertise required for successful adoption.

  • Coordinate enhancement requests with product and development teams, ensuring requirements and user stories are accurately translated into technical solutions.
  • Communicate development timelines, expected delivery dates, priority changes, and other updates clearly to stakeholders while managing expectations.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, including Statements of Work, process flows, wireframes, flowcharts, requirements, and configuration materials.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, remediation, and client sign-off.
  • Provide ongoing implementation support, identify opportunities for process improvement and greater product adoption, and proactively resolve customer challenges.
  • Maintain consistent communication across clients, project teams, technical stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute for a degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, or 5–7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with customers in software implementation, consulting, or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development practices, processes, and procedures, with the technical aptitude to communicate requirements effectively to development teams.
  • Proven business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, including the ability to translate complex business processes into practical software solutions.
  • Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, decision-makers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and commercially aware, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, software products, business processes, and industry concepts and apply that knowledge to customer solutions.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process, product, and operational improvement and proactively develop solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours on a daily basis.
  • Strong judgment and a proactive, analytical, solution-oriented approach to resolving implementation and customer challenges.
Benefits
