FYRE Global Limited is seeking an Implementation Consultant for an Enterprise SaaS client in a fully remote US role. You will own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live, configure the platform, train users, and manage the ongoing client relationship.
Travel to client sites roughly twice a month across states, with strong overlap to UK/Europe teams; opportunity to shape US implementation practices and grow with the company.
Implementation Consultant – Enterprise SaaS / Client Implementation – Remote, USA (East Coast / Georgia preferred)
Are you the kind of Implementation Consultant who’d rather be the person making sure a go-live actually lands, not just sit in on the kickoff call and hope for the best?
We’re working with an established, fast-growing software business who have expanded into the US and are looking for their first US hire. As this is their first US-based hire on the implementation side, you’d be the one setting the tone for how the role works over there.
This is a fully remote role, based anywhere in the US, though candidates around Atlanta, GA or elsewhere on the East Coast are of particular interest due to time‑zones with the UK – it’s a strong hub for the regular client travel the role involves, and keeps a workable overlap with the UK/NI team.
The deal’s already done by the time you get involved – you’re the one who turns it into a working, live implementation. That means owning scoping, configuration, training, ongoing support and the client relationship, with success measured pretty simply: did the implementation go well or didn’t it.
This is genuinely a varied role – project manager, configuration specialist, trainer, support and client‑facing consultant all in one, depending on the day.
This is a chance to be the first person to shape what implementation looks like for this company in the US – with real autonomy over how you deliver, direct access to leadership, and room to grow into more (including scope for further US hires) if it goes well.
If you want a role where delivering the implementation is genuinely down to you, rather than someone else’s process, this is worth a conversation.
